Shipping
International orders ship via EMS. Shipping and handling costs are calculated based on the weight and destination country.
For tracking information please visit www.epost.go.kr with the tracking number provide to you via email upon shipment.
HEXA MODEL is not responsible for delays due to customs or for any customs duties or tariffs that may be imposed. Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you.
HEXA MODEL does not have a responsibility of damages on the package during shipping. If your package is damaged in transit, report the damage to the shipping company.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade products, HEXA MODEL is unable to offer an exchange or refund on all items.
Little air bubbles are naturally generated on the product while making a plastic model and it is not defective. If you have received a defective item, please email hexamodel@gmail.com describing the problem and include a photograph.

ご注文の確認Eメールは二日の間に送らせて頂きます。
売り切れの製品の場合、予約のご注文ができます。hexamodel@gmail.com でご注文予約を受け取りしております。製作の期間は1ヶ月以上かかることもあります。
支払方法
Paypalで決済することができます。決済通貨はUSDで決済できます。
配送情報
TrackingのためにEMSで行われて、配送にかかる時間は国によって異なります。配送費は購買物品の重さ、配送地によって異なって適用されます。
関税は配送の国によって違うように適応され、関税が発生した場合、購入者の支払いでお願い致します。
配送時に発生する製品の破損はHEXA MODELで責任を負いません。配達の際、包装に被害があれば運送会社に消費者が直接連絡をお願い致します。
交換、払い戻
本製品は少量で製作する手づくりです。交換または払い戻しはご遠慮ください。
製作の特性上、製品の表面に気泡が発生する可能性もありますが表面の気泡は交換の事由になりません。
ただし、製品に根本的な問題がある場合、写真の確認の上、部品だけを交換をさせて頂きます。

주문 확인 이메일은 2일 안에 받을 수 있습니다.
품절된 제품의 경우, 이메일로 예약 주문을 할 수 있고, 제작 기간은 1달 이상 걸립니다.
결제 안내
국내 구매자는 원화로 구매 가능합니다. 원화의 제품 가격은 부가 가치세(10%)포함된 가격입니다. (배송비 별도)
계좌 이체를 통해 결제 가능하며, 신용카드 결제는 PayPal(USD)을 통해 결제 가능합니다. 결제 확인 후 배송 준비에 들어갑니다.
배송 안내
국내 배송은 택배를 이용합니다. 퀵 서비스 이용시 추가 요금이 발생합니다.
배송시 발생하는 제품의 파손은 HEXA MODEL에서 책임을 지지 않습니다. 구매자가 직접 운송회사에 문의 하셔야 합니다.
운송장 조회는 배송 직후 발송 되는 이메일을 통해 확인 가능합니다.
교환, 환불 안내
HEXA MODEL의 모든 제품은 소량으로 제작하는 수제품으로 교환 또는 환불이 불가능 합니다.
제작 특성상 제품의 표면에 기포가 생길 수도 있기 때문에, 제품 표면의 기포는 교환의 사유가 되지 않습니다. 단, 제품에 근본적인 하자가 있을 경우, hexamodel@gmail.com 으로 사진을 보내 주시면, 확인을 통해서 하자 부품만 교환 가능합니다.
